I love homemade popsicles, I always keep them in the freezer. Tonight my husband is getting a treat, he loves Swiss Chalet and always wanted to go when he came to visit and he would order the "messy chicken sandwich" (for those of you that aren't familiar with SC it's toasted bread, warm chicken and then special sauce drizzled all over it) so when I moved here I stocked up on Chalet sauce! I'm going to surprise him and make a messy chicken sandwich, chalet style hahaha

I bet he will love it !

Anyway, just put buns in the oven for our pulled pork sandwiches tonight - think we will have salad and baked home fries with that.

leftovers tonight - mashed potatoes with cheese, roast beef and black-eyed peas. The salad was freshly made though:-).

I made chicken curry last night. Not quite sure what we're having this evening. My husband offered to bring in a harvest salad (my favourite) from Crispers on his way home this evening so that I don't have to do anything. :luv: I thought that was sweet, though I don't know if I'll take him up on it or not. He was just trying to give me a break since I've been looking after houseguests for the past two weeks.

Did a frozen oriental stir fry chicken, rice and peppers meal tonight. Very quick, very easy, actually nutritious and tasty.
