Wow. That does look pretty easy, Cassie. I'll let you know how they turn out. Or try to remember to take a picture.

Tonight we are having steak on the barbie with my homemade bbq sauce. And corn from the farm down the road..... it's in season in Florida..... but not until August in Ontario. Have had to learn a whole new growing season moving here. Oranges in December; strawberries in March; watermelons in April; corn in May. I wonder what happens in June?

Anyway, we were also going to have roasted organic beets and mushrooms and onions and maybe a baked potato but now I'm thinking that's way too much since we've added corn to the mix. Hmm. Maybe just mushrooms and onions and parmesan garlic baked tomato? Or broccoli. Decisions decisions.

Or how about onions, baked potato and baked tomato (I don't like mushrooms  )

Last night we had a snausage on a bun and some baked home fries, nothing too exciting but quite good none-the-less.

 Okay. Can you be here by 5:00 pm? We'll have a glass of wine first. Or maybe coconut rum mojitos. It seems like a mojito kind of day. I have fresh spearmint growing in the garden..... you can help me pick it.

lol @ snausages. I say snausages too. (Or was that a typo?)

Ok, good. I was afraid I made it sound more complicated as I was typing it out. :)

We should have a night where it is required that you take a picture of dinner, no matter if you get McDonalds, are having a hot dog or making sushi!!

I nominate this Wednesday night as dinner picture night.

Anyway, last night we picked up Boston Market, their chicken is good! Just had potatoes and stuffing with it, I don't like their stuffing much but their gravy is good!

You're on! Wouldn't that be awesome if we could do that?

That's hilarious. I'm in!

My husband is working late tonight so I probably won't be eating much of anything. I'll let you know whatever it turns out to be. lol

Wooo hooo! It's 'Take a Picture of your Dinner' night! All of you throughout Canada and the United States, make sure your digital camera battery is charged and ready to go.

Isn't this exciting :hehe:

Is it Wednesday already?

*toddles off to look*

Yep, it's Wednesday. Do you know I actually thought it was Monday? Or, at the very latest, Tuesday. Man. Those long weekends really screw with my head.

Okay. Picture night it is. Absolutely no idea what supper will be, though. But I imagine it will involve corn, since we have a ton of them. My husband is going to think I've lost my mind when I insist on taking a picture before we eat.
