USCIS phone and what to press to speak to a human!?

we made an infopass appointment i need to cancel. i went online to cancel it, added all the necessary info but it keeps saying invalid entry. i tried calling but i can't figure out how to get to speak to a human being. what numbers do i push to talk to someone?!!?

Dont bother. Infopass appointments arent really appointments at all. They are just a time when you are allowed into a room handling questions. Its just a time when you can get in line and wait basically.

I've missed 2 infopass appointments. They don't care if you do. Even better to have a full booking but then have no one show up. They get paid and don't have to work.
