Congratulation... What a wonderful blessing....

Thanks all, I also found out that the paperwork left NVC for Lagos today the 23rd of January.

Wow, I had same thing happen to me with the RFE and all. Both our petitions were approved on Jan. 9 and as of today, neither one has made it to NVC. You are very lucky indeed. I will keep checking though, so keep me in your prayers and also I will keep you in my prayers that you get a quick interview date. Lagos has been giving some outrageously far away interview dates lately. Kingsley's Princess had theirs approved Nov. 15, he picked up his packets on Dec. 27 and found that they had an interview date of March 10...74 days from then.

Good luck,

Deb

Thanks Deb,

I sure hope that NVC gets yours soon. It appears be some random luck of the draw or something. Nothing seems to be going on any set of rules. I will keep you posted and have you in my prayers too. I am planning on being there with my wife and son for the interview. Just hoping to get a march date at least.

I have been calling trying to get through all week and all I get told is all lines are busy and they keep transferring me back to the main menu which disconnects you then. But the last time I called, I was told it was not yet there and that it can take from 2-4 weeks. It is already over two weeks. Sheesh, go from waiting and waiting and waiting at USCIS to waiting and waiting and waiting for it to arrive at NVC, lol!

Good luck Chimeneze and keep us posted.

Deb

Keep calling them...It took me 2 days to get thru (Thursday and Friday) and late friday afternoon I got thru and they had my case!!!(NOA2 Jan. 15, only took 10 days including a holiday weekend!) Both "Chinemeze" and me both got approved on the same day and his case got there several days before mine! It's so frustrating! Making me.....

Hope u get ur NVC number soon!!!!

God Bless (L)
