K-1 Visa Kits???

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry if this question is off-topic, but I'm brand new at this and am struggling and need some advice...

Has anyone had experience using or purchasing a K-1 visa "kit"? If so, was it bad, good, worth it, a complete scam? Which one(s) did you use or try? And if it was helpful to you, where did you get (online, etc.)?

Thanks so very much! :star::star::star:

At long last, this highly stressful leg of our journey has come to a close - for now - and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for all the tremendous help and support here on VJ! Without VisaJourney I doubt we would be where my husband and I are today! Thanks to all!

Not really needed, you can get all the forms you need on www.uscis.gov and all the information you need here by clicking the guides button at the top.

I did before finding VJ, a kit tends to be just the forms and instructions on how to fill out, file and what to include.

Just follow the guides here and you will do fine.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Hmmmmm.....sometimes I wish there had been something when I was stumbling through and hadn't found VJ yet.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Don't worry at all on that score. Read the guide(s), use the search function, ask questions, and you're almost guaranteed to submit a bullet-proof packet. Best of luck to you!!

Thank you so much! I hope as a little time goes on with this process, my confidence about this whole process will be as solid as yours is! :D:D:luv:

I wish you much luck as well!

Oh and stop by the Russia regional forum. There's a lot of Russia-specific info you'll want to start reading up on for when your packet is approved. Also we are the coolest regional forum on VJ, so you know you want to be a part of that. :D

ITA with everyone else. And if you're still nervous about messing something up, go to the library and get NOLO's Guide to Fiance and Marriage Visas. Someone else on here recommended it to me and I got my library to order the newest edition and it's been fabulous in helping us feel secure about the interview part. Between that, VJ's guides, and the occasional question to members here, I've had a really easy time.

Good luck on your journey!

I don't know, Mox. Canada's a pretty darn cool forum too!
