I packed a tin of heinz ketchup in my checked bag when I flew back to the US after a visit to Canada

Canadian ketchup IS way better than US ketchup. Much sweeter. I didn't know ketchup could taste better! I love how sweet it tastes on burgers, fries, and more.

If you're bringing it yourself, you shouldn't have a problem, just be sure to declare it when you go thru Customs.

If you're having a moving company move your stuff, they won't take food of any kind.

I'm going grocery shopping right now.

AH! damn you! I will be going this Sat or Sun though so I'm going to catch up to you! mua-ha-ha!

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

Really!? Oh wow, I've never seen them here, but I've yet to go to a Subway or Quizno's, maybe that's why. They don't have Miss Vickies at Wawa, 711 or any grocery stores, because I always check out the chip aisle

My fiancee (the USC) wants to know if it's possible to get Kraft peanut butter in the US. She's never seen it before visiting me in Canada, and I can't imagine a grocery store without it!

Now she's on a mission! lol

It just seems weird to both of us that everything else Kraft is available in the US, why not peanut butter?

Kraft owns a lot of "smaller" companies, like Nabisco and all foods under that label. Mr Christie is owned by Nabisco and therefore Kraft, as well. Like any smart company, they chose to keep the familiar name (i.e. Mr Christie in Canada) instead of changing it, since consumers already knew it by that name.

It's entirely possible that some brand that Kraft owns makes and sells peanut butter in the U.S. I don't know what it may be (I rarely buy PB) so you might need to do a little research.
