Well that's the way it is. I'm sure Rebecca could tell you-she's been to El Ranchero. She's definitely seen them running through with the plates stacked up their arm.

And ONLY illegal Mexican servers work hard like that! Not the friend of mine from college who waited tables, including many Friday and Saturday nights, during college! Not my aunt who paid her way through her first few years on her own by waitressing! No, those illegal Mexicans would put them to shame.

No, the folks you know and cite are all lazy bums. They may want you to believe otherwise, they may even trick you into believing otherwise but the fact of the matter is (and I consulted the expert on this one) they don't know what hard work is. And I am confident in saying so because, according to my expert, in order to grasp the concept of hard work, they'd have to head south, surrender their US passports, swim across the Rio Grande, head through the desert and then work at El Ranchero or somesuch - the only freaken place in America - the world, quite possibly - where people know what hard work really is. Get it?
