We filed the I-131 back in 2007 January.

USCIS received it February 8, 2007 and the notice date says February 12, 2007.

We've been doing daily check-ups online to see if there was any progress and it was approved on June 6, 2007.

It says something like call if we don't receive it within 30 days.

We called a little after July 6 because we still hadn't received it.

The lady told us that it could possibly take about 60 days because of the amount of paperwork being handled and sent out and told us to wait.

We moved end of July and we hadn't received anything up until then or later.

We changed out address, so the post office would've sent it to us if it was sent to the other address.

I called in September and they said they would sent in a Non-Received Request or something and said that we should receive the letter within 45 days.

We called a little over 60 days later and they said that they had sent the letter and the letter says that USCIS is not willing to send another Adance Parole Document nor are they willing to send the Approval notice for it because they sent out both on different dates and they were never returned to them.

They told us to file another one which now costs about double the price it did before.

We have no problem filing another one if it were guaranteed that we would receive it, however we haven't received both items, OR the letter that they were sending in September letting us know what's going on which was being sent to our new address directly.

What do we do in a situation like this? All feedback would be much appreciated.

I wish I had some good advice but unfortunately I don't. I would probably either just file again - or, if you're worried you won't get it anyway and it would just be another waste of money, just try to patiently wait for the green card - what's happened with that? If you got your green card you don't need AP. With your change address, also, even if you had stuff forwarded to you it still could have got lost in the mail. It happens :(
