I couldn't edit my post so here goes again.

I have a question. My husband is the one sponsoring me and he is in the US military so the I864 was no problem for right now. He is getting out of the military the 27th of August of this year and we think that this is the approximate time that we will have our interview. When he gets out of the military, what do we do about the I864. He will most likely have another job lined up but may not have it quite yet. what should we do? and what will happen? Thanks!! :help:

The I-864 is good for 1 year after you sign it. The consulate might ask for an updated tax return at the time of the interview. Usually they do not ask for an updated letter of employment, but they might if the know the sponsor has changed job.
