:help::help::help: Please tell me if you know.........my fiance has to return back to his hometown that he left about 8 years ago, to get the certificate of being single. Now he has gone there, they say you have been gone a while, and your ID is now in Tangier. We need this paper to give to Casa, they asked for him to get it, so he can get visa.

Inchaallah, he will get it tomorrow, hopefully. Can they just issue a statement saying he has been gone a long time and they have no records or what?

Please if anyone has any thoughts on this, write back. THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSs

and please keep us in your prayers...........

hi the consulate needs to understand the administration system here is different , we do get the certificate in the place we are living in right now , and of course ur fiance has left for 8 years so he is not related to his home town right now , he is has to get an original birth certificate from his home town if he asked for it but not the certificate of celebacy , i see it sound like a move from the consulate to keep him away for a while i wish he can ask a lawyer who can really help him in this matter and this can be done easy just for couple dollars , i wish you a good luck
