I need your help.What should i put in the number 16 question in form 1-765(application for emploment authorization).

I entered as K1, and getting ready to mail the forms by this week.

I am from california and where should I file it.

I also have same question for filing for my husband who is on F1 visa. I understand I need to put C9 but what about other two brackets? Do you leave them blank or N/A?

Also, what should I put for him on I-131 under "Class of Admission"?
