Hey how y'all doing it been a while since i came on VJ. I hope y'all had a wonderful xmas and splendid new year. I must say thing aren't going good for me right now, i have been here going on 5 months still haven't file for my AOS i hope that isn't going to be a problem.. Well hopefully before the end of January i will file for it .So i am getting all the paper work ready I was wondering which form of Affidavit of support does my sponsor needs to complete i.e my father in law we all live together, my wife isn't working right now so we are just going to use her dad's income. Which form does he need to complete and which does my wife need to fill out too. The I-864A or the I-864

Filed for K1--> Denied 2005

Married and filed for K3 2006

Got K3 this time --->August 2007

Entered the US-----> September 2007

Waiting to Adjust Status--->..............
