well, of bad movies...

Plan 9 from Outerspace is probably the worst... but holding a tight second place:

Two of my favourites are 'Fools Rush In' about a mixed marriage, and John got me to watch a drama called Moll Flanders which is great. Very sad in parts but it has a happy ending that had me in tears in a good way... I'm very sappy about movies.

Some cute ones that they show on cable a lot are 'A Cinderella Story' and 'Ella Enchanted' and of course 'The Princess Diaries 2'.

Well, ok. I knew they weren't going to be spectacular to begin with...but I've been a TOTAL night owl lately, so I rented a couple yesterday. All I ask is that they have a happy ending, ok???NEITHER ONE. I've already been feeling pretty down about a few things, and just thought I would relax with a nice little romantic-drama. Oh nice... depressing ALL the way through it and then no happy ending either. Doesn't get the family back, Dad dies,etcetc..lovelyyyyyy for my mood. :( Then the romantic comedy last night...and guess what? Yep! Of all the r.c. I could have picked out....oh yeah..they don't end up together either. Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. :crying: I'm gonna have to pick my fluff movies better from now on I tell ya!!!!! :hehe: M.

My friend watches a lot of Foreign European films... he says that there's quite a different take on things... More often than not they end sadly lol

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Freddie Got Fingered is probably the worst movie ever made, a multi-million dollar budget wasted on a movie with next to no script filled with overly self-indulgent in-jokes that only Tom Green's friends could relate to.

saw it..it sucked

I saw "Return to Paradise" last night and liked it a lot- although it's not the ending you want. I was also going to suggest Sommersby but that one also ends badly for you. Oh- we saw "Regarding Henry" on Sunday and that one you'd like if you haven't seen it already.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
