Hi everyone-

I received my NOA1 on our I-130 petition earlier this week (finally!) Now I am starting to think about the next steps... specifically I have these two questions that I would like some advice/words on:

1. Should I even bother filing a K-3 for my husband? Is the time different *really* going to be worth the headache of the extra forms? He's a IT professional for an international company, so we need to ensure that the whole "job thing" lines up with the visa approval. It's why I'm thinking the headache of the K-3 EAD is not worth it.

2. And on the international company thing.... Does anybody know anything about L visas? Our company has a blanket L visa, and there is a VERY strong possibility he could be transferred to the United States on this L visa. My questions are whether or not he can come over with an L visa while the CR-1 is processing and whether or not he can come over with a CR-1 AND a K visa processing....?

Any advice could be helpful.

Thanks and good luck to you all in this insane journey.
