Hello,

Come to find out I will need a co-sponsor. My question is, I now have to send in 2 forms of the I-864, (one from me and the other from the joint sponsor) also a I-864A (Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member) along 3 most current tax records/employment letter with pay stubs.

Is that correct? Also each I-864 have to be notarized?

You have to be 125% over the poverty line. You can also tell them any assets you have, like your house or stocks, etc.

Summer 2001 - met my Scottish boy

December 18th, 2007 - proposal in Madrid's Botanical Gardens with a duck standing behind him going 'food?'

January 18th, 2008 - I-129F sent to VSC

January 31st, 2008 - received NOA1, issued Jan. 24 :)

February 24th, 2008 - NOA2; omgwtfbbqlolz

February 29th, 2008 - NVC letter sent

I am actually the other way around..

My 2006 is $700 over P-Line and was approved by NVC..

But for my 2007 W2 I went below the P-Line.. I'm thinking of not even mentioning it, since alot of people are still waiting for their W2.. But the problem is I already filed it.. :(

Now what I will do on the Interview day is.. Bring the 2007 W2/ITR with me but keep my mouth shut and not mention it. Also I will prepare a Joint Co-Sponsor in case they asked for my 07 ITR..

It is always good to be prepared.. I just hope they don't ask for it though.. Cause I have a feeling I would be put on AR if i submitted a Co-Sponsor..

Good Luck!!
