CSC processing time frame for I-751 says June 18, 2007. My application was received July 18, 2007 and it has been more than 6 months. In our list in this forum I see some people from CSC who filed much later than me and have already been sent their card. Should I wait some more before making an inquiry?

Unfortunately, before you can file an inquiry, you'll have to wait until your NOA date is 30 days past posted processing times. In other words, if the processing dates show a date of August 18th, 2007 or later, then you can call the 800 number or make an InfoPass appointment and have them file an inquiry. I know it sucks seeing other people who applied after you approved before you, but that's how they do things.

Looks like I will have to call NCSC first before I can get an infopass appt. and even after calling it will have to be 45 days later before I can schedule an infopass. Its Sunday today so will have to do it tom.

I tried scheduling infopass online but got stuck with this notice:

Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

Any thoughts/ suggestions?

Does anybody have any experience making an infopass appt before 30 days past posted processing time? I know CSC is supposedly the fastest SC so Im getting worried about my case.

Finally I get something from USCIS. And its a biometrics appointment for April 4!?! Why do I have to do another one? Did they lose my data from my last biometrics? What are the reasons for repeat biometrics?

Thanks!

I had this happen to me when I was first applying to receive a green card. There were two sets of prints that they needed but they only took one which was why my case was never processed. When my case was opened again, they saw what was missing and sent me a letter for another biometrics appointment. I received my temp GC shortly thereafter.

That could be the case here. I assume you've already gone to your appointment. I hope things worked out well for you and that you've received your GC!
