on Ds 230 question 21a person named in 14 and 19 will accompany you the united states now

the person named on 14 is my wife(USC) should I put None or I put my wife name because she is with me now and we are planing to travel together

On Ds 156 question 34 name and relationship to the person travelling with you

wha should I put None or my wife name
