For those of you that mentioned Remitly, thank you. It looks very good and I may try them. They seem to have a better rate and no fee which makes it very appealing.

Yes I know... I have been using them for years.  Even if you want the money instantly the fee is $1.00 less that XOOM and the exchange rate is still better

World Remit isn't too bad, fee is lower that XOOM , exchange rate is good.   For larger amounts it would be the better choice.   Not sure where the break point would be between World Remit and REMITLY
