I have been trying to work on them here. One of the ladies in our office works at H and R Block so she helped me with them. I actually did them online here and now we are getting some money back. YEAH!!! Sorry I couldn't talk to you a while ago. I was the only one at the window and had students backed up. Now I have to go to an Excel workshop. I will call you when I get back. I will still give you my information and you can see what you come up with.

I'm sorry to do this, but, well....I'm just gonna do it because I'm starting to get angry.

What is taking so long for this Advisory Opinion????????? We were told 2 months waiting time. It has been almost 3 months since we sent the thing in. Why is everyone incapable of understanding simple concepts and helping out how they are asked? Beverly Conroy, despite my many efforts at getting the Senator's help, went and screwed up the inquiry, thereby wasting more of my time. I can't get ANYONE to give me a simple freaking answer of yes, no, or not yet on the status of this thing. I call and they tell me to e-mail. I e-mail and they don't answer. I e-mail again and they tell me they're not going to tell me anything. I'm stuck waiting on inquiries done by Laurel. And she sticks to some unwritten protocol that says you can only inquire once a month, despite the acknowledgement e-mail from Legal Net stating ITSELF that you should allow 7 working days for an answer. I think that's pretty clear that waiting 30 days is not necessary. Believe me, if there were any way I could find out the answer myself I would have done it, and a long time ago at that. I hate having to rely on people for information who have no personal vested interest in my case whatsoever and probably view me as an ever-present annoyance. For heaven's sake, if the interview hadn't gone the way it did, we would be almost to the point of our Waivers being approved. Now we're sitting around on our butts hoping we will get to file the Waivers and the timetable's pushed back now by more than 4 months. I'm irritated. And I'm sorry.

Wow I must have scared everyone away with my outburst. I hope you all didn't take offense in any way-it was obviously not directed at anyone here. Just upset in general. Hope someone posts soon. I have been alone here for 2 hours already!

Well I think you have every right to be mad. I would be furious if it were me. I just wish there were something I could do to help you out. You didn't scare me away. I had to go to that class and just got back a few minutes ago. Now it's almost time to close so I have to get ready to balance. I am glad it's almost time to go home. We are having real authentic mexican quesadillas tonight. I can't wait. They are really good. Then we are going to have tamales another night. It's good I married a Mexican, otherwise my husband might be upset eating all that mexican food.:lol:

Yummy, I'm coming over for dinner! I wish... I have no idea what I'm going to eat tonight. I don't have a lot of food in the house just a few frozen meals and they're the little ones that don't fill me up. I really need to do some grocery shopping but I have about $15 available to me right now (including credit cards) until Friday. I asked my mom if she would give me a grocery store gift card and she said she would. So hopefully tonight or tomorrow I can get some food!

By the way, I found out today that I'm not eligible to immigrate to Canada on the skilled worker program. I scored too low. Just thought you all might like to know.

Oh poor Melissa. You sound like me before Javier came home. I was the same way, remember. Always eating frozen dinners or PB and J sandwiches. I never had any groceries in the house. I didn't have the money for them. Well we have to be creative now. We still don't have a lot of money to spend on groceries so we buy things we know we can eat more than once. The quesadillas will last us two or three nights. Then the tamales will last us another two to three nights. I used to never eat leftovers but it is a have to thing with Javier. He won't waste food at all. Which is good but I had to get used to it.

Javier's kinda the opposite. He doesn't normally touch leftovers which is good because neither do I. He would eat them if that was all that was in the house though. Well, since I last posted I have got myself a free dinner (with the parents) and a grocery shopping trip after that. Plus I made an appointment to cancel my membership at Curves. Hopefully this will help to free up some money-I haven't a dime to spare at this point!

Yeah, neither do we. We spent way to much money this weekend. We really shouldn't have gone but it really helped us out. I think I would have killed him by Monday if we had stayed at home all weekend. The money was well spent. Good for you on the free dinner and grocery trip. That's what I used to do with my mom and dad when Javier was gone. I would go grocery shopping with them and throw a few things in the buggy. I tried to tell you to move closer so we could eat together and stuff but you wouldn't listen.

Where's the posting? I want to see it!!! (I could always break the lease  )

I'm always ready for my favorite shows. Can't wait for the next Dancing with the Stars too. I wonder how long it will be before the next round. I think the girls are going to do really well tonight with the exception of Melissa and Kinnik. Of course, I haven't liked them from the beginning.

The posting is on www.appstate.edu. It's under employment and then staff postions. If you can't find it let me know and I will email it to you.

I don't know how long it will be until the next DWS. How long was it between the last two? I can't speculate on who will go home tonight since I haven't been watching AI enough. I will have to get caught up tonight. I am getting ready to leave. Javier brought me to work today and he is here to pick me up already. I don't know why he left work so early.

I found it. It looks a little technical for me. I don't know if I'm fully qualified. Keep me posted though on all those job openings.

I don't know how long between the last two. This is the first time I watched it. Hopefully not too long!

Have a safe trip home. I will talk to you later (of course!)
