We are feeling we did not send enough evidence with I130....

if wait for the first NOA reciept.... (so we have the case number)

can we send more information with the case number on it?

will they accept it and add it with our I130?

all we sent were a few pics...

but we have emails, chats, plane tickets, character reference letters, and witness to our relationship, even video from our marriage that i am thinking i should have sent too

what do you think?

I am uneasy because i have heard the Casablanca Consulate is difficult about interviews... and they will not look at much if any evidence he brings with him to interview... so i am thinking it needs to be IN the I130

any advice is appreciated

thanks in advance for all the help you guys always give.....

you are brilliant

First, I would not send anything unless you get an RFE. Second, everything you list in your post is not really required according to the Form I-130 instructions. It might have been ok to send in with the original petition (too much better than too little) but at this point, I'd just wait....i know...that's not fun. Just my opinion.

yes thats what i thought when i sent.... it does not request all the other information...

and we don't have joint bank accounts or joint ownership of anything so we just added a few pics...

but now the more i read about the nightmare that is the casablanca consulate i am getting so scared...

i do not want casa to deny us before he even walks through the door.....

I'm pretty sure you'll be given the chance to send in more info documents/proof during the NVC process. From my understanding, the NVC requests certain documents from the beneficiary...birth certificate, marriage certificate, police clearances, copy of passport, etc. You may have an opportunity to send such things in then. Keep researching!
