5/18/07 NOA1 7/12/07 NOA1

1/14 Congressman investigating.

1/18/08 Still silence. 8 months old.

5/18/07 130 Priority Date

1/29/08 130 NOA2

7/12/07 K3 Priority date

1/29/08 NOA2

2/20/08 NVC Recieved

2/22/08 Leave NVC

2/27/08 Embassy Recieves

3/7/08 Interview- APPROVED. Dora was interogated for 2 hours since she had a denial at POE last year. It was brutal, but she never had anything to hide.

3/10/08 Visa and plane ticket in hand

3/11/08 POE Miami (Why wait, huh?)

Timeline 130 filing to POE=306 days.

3/17/08 Mailed AOS via USPS Express Mail to Chicago lockbox

4/21/08 Recieved NOA1's for AOS, EAD, and Trav Doc's.

5/9/08 Biometrics appt scheduled for EAD and AOS.

I filed I130 in early july and I129F in late July.

I130 NOA1- july 12th

I129 NOA1- august 17

Nothing yet either.

Losing my patience with all of you.

It helps to stop checking this site and USCIS everyday.

I find it only makes me more frustrated.

See you soon.

Noa1 7/13/07...still waiting. All touches due to phone calls and congressional inquiry probably. Stuck in name check stage supposedly.

I filed both in late July, got NOAs in late August and haven't seen so much as a touch since then.

Married: June 11, 2007 - San Andres Isla, Colombia

I-130

7/27/2007 - Sent I-130 Package to TSC*

7/30/2007 - Received by TSC

8/28/2007 - NOA-1 date - CSC

3/19/2008 - NOA2 date -CSC

I-130 held by USCIS for future AOS

I-129F

7/27/2007 - Sent I-129F Package to TSC*

7/30/2007 - Received by TSC

8/30/2007 - NOA-1 - Fee waived

3/19/2008 - NOA2

4/3/2008 - Received by NVC

4/10/2008 - Received by embassy

4/11/2008 - Faxed packet 3 forms to embassy

4/30/2008 - Appointment date assigned

6/19/2008 - Appointment at Bogota Embassy - APPROVED!!!

No touches except when I called CSC directly to inquire.

8/28/2008 - POE Houston

Still being lazy and waiting to do AOS.

*I-130 and I-129F sent together to TSC per USCIS instructions.

06/26/2007 notice date NOA1

07/24/2007 send I-129f

08/27/2007 NOA1

10/26/2007--Touched ( because I made a phone call to USCIS )

12/18/2007--Touched

01/23/2008-- second anniversary of wedding

01/29/2008--touched

01/30/2008--approved I130 and I129f in 231 days

02/01/2008--touched again

15/02/2008--NVC

20/02/2008--Embassy Honduras

04/01/2008--interview

04/01/2008--visa approved

04/02/2008--visa in my hands
