Wow Gabi I just noticed you had updated your sig and see that they want more money, for refusing you and then not telling you why they refused you so you could appeal it??? These people are common thieves. (did the same to Me~n~Him..lost the file, medical expired and they had to pay for new medical, which we all know was much more expensive here than in Morocco! )

If they'd just tell me what the foo they wanted for the RFE, it wouldnt be so bad. But yeah, they flat out refused the MTRO. They sent the whole thing back with a hand-written letter stating they wont touch it until we pay the fee. So I guess Tuesday Im just going to try submitting everything that could possibly be the missing puzzle piece along with the letter we got from the field office stating we could still submit evidence. Ive got a letter of denial from USCIS, but the website, their call center reps, and the field office all say the case is not denied, just pending additional (unknown) info. So Im not really sure who to believe. Morons.
