I won't rehash the story of my drama, but I thought all of those waiting through CSC would find this interesting:

1. If you write to CSC. They send you a form letter back and attach your original correspondence to it and send it back to you. So don't waste your money on FedEx. And don't think they'll read your letter - because the form letter is generic and has nothing to do with what I inquired about.

2. CSC is truly incompetent. Not only did they send me my own form letter and original correspondence to them, but they sent me a second form letter with some other poor man's original correspondence, his naturalization certificate, his NOA1 and his NOA2 notices attached. The man lives on the complete opposite side of the country from me and we don't even have similar names.

Just when you think they can't be any more incompetent, they top it. Amazing.

Wow..haven't heard much toping that..

CSC sucks big time!!.....they should privatize the whole process as these guys clearly don't know how to run this....they have no clue...

This really sux,. I hope there is some way to get these suckers be more accountable like how the rest of the industry and organization are accountable. I think a stiff fine and penalty would get them to get their sorry act together and be more responsive.

I think it should be brought to the attention of the incompetent bosses issuing stupid statements as part of hearings and also to the press. If you look at this excerpt from the report http://commdocs.house.gov/committees/intlr.../hfa26908_0.HTM

"Mr. Maxwell will tell us that 4 years after 9/11, and after all of the 9/11 Commission and all of the work on information sharing, watch list databases, after all that, more than 40 percent of USCIS benefit adjudicators—these are the people who approve or disapprove immigration applications—40 percent of the decision-makers do not have access to basic criminal and national security information in the database used by the Agency.

You know that there is the symbol of justice being blind, where you see a blindfold over justice. But imagine 40 percent of your adjudicators actually wearing a blindfold instead of looking at the database to determine whether people are listed in the criminal or national security database.
