Now that the USCIS is current through our receipt date....and we are ASSUMING the NOA1 will be coming shortly......

We would like to be pro-active about the I-129F:

We have a couple questions, we hope someone can shed some light on......

1. Now that the I-130 has been input, is the remaining process experiencing the same delay's? OR, and I truly hope, now that it is in the system, the procedure should take the normal time to process?

2. I called USCIS in December, and was told by one of the telephone rep's that we should include my husbands police record, from Morocco, as just a "In case you need it, here it is" extra precaution.....because if they should choose to check it, it could cause an additional 30-45 day delay in processing. Has anyone else heard this, or had any experience with this?

Thanks....as always for your help!!!!
