That was very entertaining Omoba and Perseverence and LovinLiberia! Nothing like waking up groggy and turning on VJ. After the last couple of days on here, the sheer, clean, laughter was very refreshing.

 Obviously, we don't need to be up late on VJ anymore.

g'morning everyone. it's hump day!

eta: i just read the locked thread.

;)

Well.

You all certainly were busy last night. Guess that you're still in bed this morning.

I'm glad I missed that and thank you William for locking that thread. Maybe next time we should just violate the terms of service immediately and get the thread locked. We could avoid the distractions and unwelcome trolling on a relatively quiet forum. Not that I'm trying to start a jihad or anything......plus I hate being lumped in a clique. I think that talking to you guys and being friendly with you makes me a gang member. So, I'm going to disassociate. Especially with Zeinab posting all those pernicious ninja smileys.

:P

Anywhoo.................THREE MORE DAYS!!!!

Let's refocus on what's important. ME!!! I'm going to see my baby on Saturday and we have our interview on Tuesday. Start praying friends!!

That's right. Too bad the idea of violating the TOS came AFTER all of the mess. Oh well, it was still locked in the end.

I'm really excited for you. I know you can't wait to be in your man's arms again. Have lots of fun. Do you think you will be able to get into the embassy with him?

I plan to go in with him.

Everyone keeps telling me to watch my mouth at the embassy. My mother, my friends, Bassi, even Zee's fiance Inusah......My grandmother told me that when my hand is in the lion's mouth I should remove it slowly. That's kind of cryptic, no? Why does everyone act like I'm a loose canon? I can be civil as long as they do what I say. I just don't understand why they would think to tell me, a US citizen, who pays their salaries, that I can't go in. They must be taking God out their thoughts! I'm going in! I need to get advice from MaRob, wasn't she the one tearing up Germany to get her man home?

But start the fund going for bail money, just in case. And remember that Ghana likes bribes, so be generous for a sister!

Zainab, I had better not get a text from Inusah that you are in need of some bail money. If you do, we know people

Its just that we want our men here and we will do anything to get them here :innocent:

:lol: That whole post had me cracking up. You seem to be a very civil person, but maybe you have some dark side that only your family knows about? :P Please, I hope it doesn't come down to you storming the embassy and tearing stuff up. I can just imagine you in jail in Ghana.

That's right...I bugged the ####### out of the embassy in Liberia until they released my man. When he went to get his visa they told him they were happy to see him get it because they were sick of my calls and emails, ROFL. Do what you gotta do, Zainab....JUST DON'T GET THROWN IN JAIL! jail.gif

Zainab, you remind me of myself throwing a fit saying to the woman at the window :I demand to speak to the chief consul and I won't leave if I have to stay here all night................a lawyer told me you know they could have easily escorted your butt out the door. :o The chief CO was actualy very nice except for not approving us. -_-

Crazy emotions take over at the embassy so yes..........please DO withdraw your hand slowly........be firm and assertive and persistent but don't go postal :)

No they didn't say that! That's sooo funny! Do we embarass our reserved African men?

I'm too cute for jail anyway.
