0k, I went to USCIS website and have EAD form that expires 08 31 08 . At the bottom it says, Rev. 07 30 07. ( I- 765 )

They do not have any other form but this one to download. I hope this is the correct one. anyone know if it is??

IT IS THE WRONG ONE!!!

The right one has a revision date of 5/27/08 on the bottom. That is the one to use. We also sent in the one with 7/31/08 at the bottom and that is the one that was returned to us.

i was just reading a thread in ot about a chicago meetup and i about fell outta my chair laughing.

Pizzaria Uno/Due are easy to find...about a block off Michigan Avenue on Ohio. Actually, they are two of the same restaurant...Uno was so popular that the waits got ridiculous...so they opened a second restaurant Due down the street. Exact same menu and everything. The best pizza I've ever had in my life to boot!
