Got a rejection notice of our EAD Applicaiton today...stupid forms. They have the same expiration date but different revision dates. And of course the expiration date is at the top and the revision date is teeny tiny at the bottom.

0k, I went to USCIS website and have EAD form that expires 08 31 08 . At the bottom it says, Rev. 07 30 07. ( I- 765 )

They do not have any other form but this one to download. I hope this is the correct one. anyone know if it is??
