I ya'll. I'm still around. Mostly lurking about. I'm still a bit out of sorts. My blood sugar is slowly coming down. 142 this morning so I'm starting to feel much better. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll be 100%.

Zee's on her honeymoon now. Why would she be thinking about us?

he he She'll be home next week with her man in tow. She better update us right away!!

Hey Zainab,

It's been a long time. I'm glad that you are getting better. With all the excitement that was going on with your hubby being here, I can understand how you forgot to monitor your blood sugar level.

I'm sure Bassi is helping you get better ;)

Take Care :star:

I hope you feel better , Mrs. Bassi. Yes, it is hard to take care of yourself with so much going on in your life.

Thanks you everyone who has and is praying for me. I feel a it of peace now.

Hi everyone. Zainab glad to hear you are feeling better  We missed you areound here. I get Gestational Diabetes so I understand how yucky it feels when you are out of whack!!

Big excitement in my office today, there is a fire approaching the building....we have had a received a reverse 911 to standby for evacuation. Some of the other offices are evacuating already. Lots of helicopters and such!!

I am a little nervous, I only live a mile from the office and most of that is on a parallel road.

The fire was started by dry lightening. My office is located near some foothills. Lots of dry grass.

My desk has had TONS of visitors today looking at the fire, (I have a good view) the flames can be seen from my window!!

If the wind shifts and the smoke with that I am pretty sure we will be evacuated.

Please everyone, say a prayer for us.
