Do permanent residents have the same rights as citizens do as far as labor laws? I need to find out what rights he has I am going to fight this. A big company like this can not treat peole this way and get away with it. He is worried he does not feel like he has any rights and that is wrong.

P make a thread where more people can see it and comment, maybe no one knows how to respond. Maybe post in the

moving to America forum for replies from peeps who have been through it.

I don't know how far the rights go but my guess is yes he does have rights being here legally.

Time to go to work for me <_<

Looks like everyone is working hard ......... or having a hangover from last night B)

I definately think we played too hard yesterday and everyone is trying to play catch up. Personally, I'm trying to catch up on work and school stuff. I know Asante is working on a big deadline for some things that are due tomorrow. It's not you Perseverance, lol.

We were waiting for oncoming traffic to past to make left turn I turned in one lane and he turned behind me but, then got over in the next lane as he was riding by he flicked me a bird.....my husband saw me really cut up !!!!!:devil::devil: I can laugh about it now but, boy did he piss me off!!!!!!Please believe he was a MF and everything else I could make come out of my mouth :lol::lol:

I have a question for you ladies. Men can chime in as well. How would you feel about your spouse/fiance having female friends? Would you allow it or not and why?

I don't particularly like it cause I get jealous. He does the same with me. But it's not about allow or not, he's a grown man. If I could control him that way, I wouldn't want him!

They are trying to make force him to quit. It upsets me so much. How can humans be so evil to each other?

Man, that really sucks!! Keep yourself in prayer and also start searching for another job. The stress is not worth the principle. And don't forget you can vent to us on VJ, we're here to listen and there's no copay.

Yes, they do.

What are they doing? The biggest issue is being able to prove it.

:wow: I single handedly silenced this thread...sorry yall!

No sweetie! My man just came home and we got married today. I have a ton of laundry to do. As soon as I get caught up, I'll be back on VJ!
