Good morning sleepheads and Happy Fourth!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I remember my mom neighbors, Somalian refugees, it was their first time here in America, were so afraid of the firecrackers and fireworks in the area. They started running and screaming back into their house. One of the women told my mom that they thought wars was going on again.

People that have been so traumatized easily will react that way due to PTSD.

My mom was cracking up when she was telling the story. Yeah, I'm sure when they look back at it now, they can laugh at it too. They still are inside their houses when firecrackers are popping and everyone else is outside having a blast. Wow, I just made a pun! haha! :bonk:
