Hi everyone...

I would like to know if upon filling out the DS-230 Part I and Part II, do you send both parts back to NVC or just the part 1 because the part II is unsigned and only to be submitted during interview? Thanks.

Fill out both part..

Have beneficiary Sign Part 1 only.. (She will sign part 2 on the Interview day.. Same forms that you submitted to NVC)

Send both parts to NVC..

PS. Don't forget to include the documents required.. All Original except for the Copy of biological Info on the passport, and don't forget to put your case # on every upper right corner of each documents.

You need to submit both parts I and II but sign only the Part I. Submit all the necessary documents as what Roserick mentioned, write your MNL# on the upper right hand corner on each page of your documents. Good Luck.
