i heard you have to inform USCIS which form do i need to file? etc

Both AR-11, and I-865. I-865 is for sponsor your spouse who filed I-864 for you.

Nope, AR = Alien Registration, and I-865 is to keep USCIS informed of where I-864 sponsors are.

It is required by law for all Resident Aliens to file AR-11 within 10 days any time they move, and for Sponsors to report their moves within 30 days.

This all stops:

• When resident alien dies.
• When resident alien naturalizes and becomes a US Citizen.
• When resident alien leaves the country and abandons the green-card.
