Can someone please tell me if St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles and St. Thomas US Virgin Islands part of US?

Would my husband need a visa there and Bahamas if he's holding an Israeli passport and AP to come back to US.

Thanks!!!

US VI is a territory of the US, the others are not. He wont need visa for US VI, however St. Maarten IS Dutch and French, and Netherlands Antilles says it in their name "Dutch", he will.

I was wondering that too, Israel and the Caribbean are not Russia.

Latin America, MENA or how about "Working & Traveling prior to getting a Green Card" as a proper place for this.

I assume you are talking about once he enters the US on his K1, files for AOS and receives his AP.

Any of the US Virgin Islands are US territories, so whatever documentation he needs to travel around the US (domestically) is what he'd need to go there.

The Netherlands Antilles/St. Maarten are French Territories which means he would have to have AP or his green card to re-enter the US after visiting. The same rules would apply to the Bahamas.

I am putting down as Israeli citizen but when i put the alien resident Israel too it tells me it's wrong

i can't put US alien resident because he's not a resident yet, right?

I am confused :(

I just don't know if he'll need visa to visit those countries.

be possible. Long stay visitors may be requested to report to

local Immigration Head Quarters.

Exempt from holding return/onward tickets are those visitors
