do i send in original forms or copies of them?

(does each have to be signed in ink or is a copy of one signed ok)

did a search on primary and secondary evidence and it didnt produce anything good explaining the differences..

anyone care to enlighten me??

has to be real signatures and not copies lol

Forms always originals.

Evidence can be copies. Originals likely to not be returned.
