Quitting job after K-1 Petition sent

My fiance may quit his part-time job after I have already sent the K-1 in. I included the job on the K-1 along with his other part-time job. Well the other part-time job has turned into full-time and he can't do both (well sanely anyways). Since he is the foreign fiance and will have to quit his job anyways to move to USA, does it really matter?

Just looking for some thoughts on this.

Jen

I don't think it matter if you foreign fiance has job or not. If you already sent K1 visa and you quit job it does not make any difference.

Good luck towards your K1 process!

Eh, its life. What can they say?

When he gets packet 3 they will ask for his employment info again. You can simply fill it in differently then.

yeah. just update to the current info in the future.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
