Hi everyone. I noticed on uscis website today that as of 1-16, they are current on 1-130 until nov. 1, 2007. Nov. ! is the date that mine was received, so i am hoping to hear something soon.

has anyone near this date, maybe october filers, noticed their check being cashed recently? i am wondering if that should happend before i receive my noa1. or, has anyone near this date, again probably later october, received their noa1?

for us we sent our package on dec 13 and they received it dec 16 and now i already have an AOS interview schedule. Just dont worry about the papers as long as u send it in the right office where u belong. I think it differ the office if its so busy or not and if in the place have so many filers so they are very busy compared to other offices.

Just wait and relax coz nothing to worry for now:-)
