You can always use child support as income, if you like. I would only use it as supplemental income, though.

You would need proof.....the court order or divorce decree and copies of checks is what I would use.

Yes you can use Child Support as long as you provide the Court Order. I used Child Support on the I-864 and if you read the instructions for that form you will see all the other types of income that they accept. Court Ordered Child Support is one of them. Good Luck and God Bless

I also used child support as income, I supplied the court order for the child support and a notoarized letter from ex husband stating how much he pays and when. It was never an issue.
