We just mailed our application on jan 4, they cashed our ck on the 15th and we're still waiting for the NOA1. I'm interested in seeing how this goes for others so we know what to generally expect.

its been 4 months since we filed, and i checked the case status and we haven't even been touched and i was wanting to know if anyone, since filing, and has had their bio-metrics and received their NOA1 has at least been touched within 3-4 months since filing through VSC

Is this normal? or are they backlogged?

I got approved earlier this month and haven't had any touch since my biometrics in early July. However, all my other (old) applications got touched sometime in between.
