Can't read my status on the website

how come everytime i put my registered number into the immigration website it says status for this reciept number cannot be found on this automative system. I am putting in the number that begins with LIN then the 10 numbers. Am i doing something wrong?

sometimes they do not update the system well it starts with the 3 letters and 10 nos

Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the status to show up i.e. someone needs to add your file into the system. Have patience - Good Luck
