Does anyone know if certain forms/petitions are given priority over other forms/petitions at the service centers? I am particularly interested to know if immigrant worker forms/petitions have a higher priority than I-129F.

I'm 95 days out from my 1st NOA and the wait is killing me. I know that I've got a little longer to wait, but JEEZ.

Any form that has an expedite is given priority... They have stated I-485's are being given priority....

Currently the service centers are 150 days from NOA1 so you have a couple months to go it appears...

YMMV

Does anyone know off the top of their head how much extra it costs to expedite an I-129F?

True, but I know someone who knows someone who knows someone inside the USCIS, that for payment of $1000 will make sure your petition is the first petition adjudicated when they get your box of petitions.

Not true that I-129Fs are not expiditeable.

There is not a pay for expidite service available for them

But expidite can be requested for a number of reasons-humanitarian, USCIS error, emergent, and there are a few others I dont remember right now.

No joke, I would definitely think that them approving 22 October filers before June and July filers would definitely fall under USCIS error. Unfortunately, they'll never admit that they're processing October petitions.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

--July 27---------Petition received

--August 28------NOA1 issued

--August 31------Arrived in Terrace after lots of flight delays to spend Lindsay's birthday with her

I think that you two are as close as ever:) I was always curious about their priorities seeing them approving October's and even some Nov/December's filers before us - NO1 was dated Sept10. We got our aproval ten days ago, Jan7, so I wanna believe that your case is being reviewed right now and you'll get your approval very soon. I know how annoying it feels. Fortunately, Vermont Center seems working faster than any other center, so I'm pretty sure that you'll get your approval any day now:) Good luck with this!!! Take care!!!!

Well, we filed on July 27th and still NO NOA2. My fiance called up 2 days ago and even had an appointment with an immigration officer from Infopass. Both of them said there is nothing wrong with our case and just waiting to be assigned. What??????????? So many people who filed after us got approved and our file is not even assigned to an officer? This is freaking insane.
