Hey, How many 3/10/08 imterview's do we have now that are Fil-Am couples? hey If you are March 10 make a post here and lets see how many we are!

I am also scheduled for March 10 interview. When do you plan to have your medical? are you planning to have it early? I plan to have it Feb 5&6. Am calling SLEC today and ask if they already got my packet... :unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure:

Im planning to get my medical after my menstraution this month so probably on the 2nd wk of Feb...... hope we both get our med together coz ill be there alone since my fiance will be here during my interview date only.

our timeline:

=o= PROCESSING =O=

06-Jul-07 ----- sent I-129F

16-Jul-07 ----- NOA1

21-Nov-07 ----- NOA2

27-Dec-07 ----- NVC sent file to USEM

16-Jan-08 ----- mailed packet 4

28-Jan-08 ----- recvd packet 4

03-Mar-08 ----- medical date (planning to go earlier probably 2nd wk of Feb)

13-Feb-08 ----- thanks God im done with my medical exam taken Feb 12 & released Feb13

very smooth processing God is Good All the Time

10-Mar-08 ----- interview date there's no big deal in USEM especially if u'r with ur fiance

25-Mar-08 ----- visa on hand (Thank you Lord)

09-Apr-08 ----- arrived in the USA(POE Minn/st pl) thanks God i made it by myself. God is Good All the Time

25-May-08 ----- OUR BIG DAY!!! (1yr after engaged)

08-Oct-08 ------ passed the road test... yeyyyy i can drive alone now... thank you Lord

We are not on March interview yet, but hey guys, I'm really hoping we can have late March interview ;)

I truly don't mean to be a bearer of bad news, but according to most timelines and paths down the visa journey most of us have come, you probably are looking at a May 2008 interview date, barring any special circumstances. I will wish and pray for your speedy journey, but keep your faith up, some day you will get the words you have waited for ... "Your interview date is...." Also, according to a few phone calls to the USEM... most K visas are interviewed the first of the month.

Oh ok! Thanks for that info..I notice too that mostly K visas interview on the first week of the month..That's good to know! :thumbs:

AOS Process:

Mar. 11, 2008- ARRIVED US

Mar. 12, 2008- got married

00-00-0000-Temple wedding-Mormon church

Mar.13, 2008-completed vaccinations-I693A supplement from CS

Mar. 18, 2008- sent the AOS package(I-485 and EAD)..applied for SSN..

Mar.19, 2008-Delivered. signed for by V Bustamante-took and passed written driving test

Mar.25, 2008-Check cashed-Received SSN

Mar.27,2008-Received NOA's in mail-Case available online

Mar.28, 2008-Received Biometrics appointment in mail-04/08/08

Apr.08,2008-Biometrics DONE

Apr.08-09,2008-TOUCHED

Apr.14,2008-Transfer Notice date to California(I-485)

yes between the week of Feb 11 to 15, and it depends also if i recieved my packet before that week...... by the way, did you received your packet 4, if so, when?

hi lady anne,

Dont be confused...Just print out 2 copies of the interview appointment from the US Embassy website and bring 3 pcs. 2x2 pix, and passport. Bring w/ u ur vaccination record and medical records (only if you have been hospitalized recently). The guards at SLEC will let u in. Just dont go there on a monday because it's a bit crowded during that day.

The people at SLEC are very polite and step-by-step instructions will be given to you printed in a piece of paper, so you'll be fine. You might even get to chat with some people who are for fiance/fiancee visa too just like i did.

06/08/07 - USCIS recieved (on-line)

09/25/07 - hard copy of NOA1 received thru mail

10/15/07 - process for the petition was taking long so he decided to go back to the PI

10/22/07 - NOA2 approved (on-line)

11/08/07 - honey had to leave me again to go back to hawaii

12/10/07 - i was assigned an interview date (2/7/08) and PE date (1/30/07)

01/02/08 - Received PACKET 4!!!!!!

01/04/08 - 1st Day Early Medical at SLEC

01/07/08 - 2nd Day Early Medical at SLEC - PASSED!!!

01/30/08 - Scheduled Medical accdg to packet

02/06/08 - Interview at the USEM 7:30AM - APPROVED!!!!

02/12/08 - US Embassy called for visa pick-up

02/14/08 - Visa on hand YEY!!!!WOHOOOO!!!!!

02/16/08 - 3:30pm Flight to HNL, Hawaii

02/21/08 - Civil Wedding

K3 process sent in june 2007

03/03/2008- INTERVIEW....... NSO sent documents for documentation

04/09/2008- visa approved!!!!!!

04/11/2008- visa in hand

04/14/2008- cfo stamp

04/23/2008- Leaving for seattle via china airlines!!!!!!!!

AOS

7/31/08- submit I-485, I-765

8/02/08- received in chicago lockbox

8/15/08- received receipt notice for I-485 andI-765 in the mail with notice date Aug 11

8/25/08- received biometrics letter with post stamp dated Aug 19

9/10/08- BIOMETRICS at USCIS Seattle 8 am!!!!!DONE!!!

11/7/08- EAD card production ordered yeheyyyyy!!!!!

11/14/08- EAD in mail

11/20/08- applied for ssn

12/04/08- ssn received.... time to go job hunting!!!!

01/26/09- first day of work

02/04/09- received letter for the initial interview
