Hello everyone,

my fiance went to the embassy today with a copy of his I-797 and letter from NVC. He received both packets 3 & 4 and also an interview date of March 28, 2008.

Do you have to use the forms he recieved at the embassy or could we download and fill out the forms online?

Hello cinnamon, first congratulations! You are getting there at the end of your first journey. You can either use the forms that the embassy gave you or you can also download them and filled them out on-line. Goodluck!

03/27/09 : Driver's License issued

Removing Condition

04/03/10 : mailed to Vermont

04/08/10 : NOA1 & 1 yr extension

01/17/2008 - Email from CRIS that I-129 was approved!

10/28/2007 - AOS mailed to Chicago via Federal Express

10/29/2007 - AOS received at Chicago

12/29/2007 - Case appeared on USCIS website

You don't have to necessarily use the forms that the Embassy gave you. If you download the forms, make sure that they are current. Look in the upper right-hand corner. It will state when the form expires. Congratulations!
