Hi ALL

Another question about the I-134, Affidavit of Support.

Question 7 asks I derive an annual income of:

Since I do not have my 2007 W2 from my employer yet ( I leave for Brazil before it will arrive) do I use 2006 information

from my W2 or will I input from my last paycheck stub from 2007 my Year to Date Information?

The Information on paycheck will also show my Overtime which is not refected on my Letter from Employer.

I was recommended by few members for my fiance to use his 2006 tax return since 2007's is not due yet. So we did. (I believe that many people are in a similar situation.) I asked him to photocopy his 2005 and 2004 as well even though it's not required. Our case was approved but the NVC didn't send the petition to the Embassy yet, but I hope to have an interview next month:)

Your last paystub for December should have your 2007 earnings on it. Since your so close to the interview, I can't imagine them to expect you to have your W-2 or 2007 tax return complete.
