I was just curious if there was a certain "age limit" as a rule of thumb for the employer letter as included with the I-134.

Mine's dated November 1st, and I am guessing we will have an interview about 3/4 weeks from now, which would make the letter about 4 months old. That should be fine, right? (Mine was kind of a hassle to get, and it will take her a month to get if I mail it, unless I spend $60 to Fed-Ex it). I highly doubt this will be an issue, but was curious if anyone had any contradictory input.

May 10, 2008 -------> NOA1 received for EAD, AP, and AoS

May 10, 2008 -------> Biometrics appt date received

May 28, 2008 -------> Biometrics for EAD & AoS

Jun 11, 2008 -------> AoS case transferred to CSC

Jul 05, 2008 -------> AP Approval

Jul 09, 2008 -------> EAD approval

Jul 14, 2008 -------> EAD and AP received

Jul 17, 2008 -------> AoS approved (card production ordered)

I would not worry about getting a new one. I don't even have an interview date yet, and I'm going to start to get all my stuff together mostly for the same reason you got yours back in Nov. It takes a long time to get it all, then you hope its reaches your fiance.

11/08/2011 - Interview date THANKS GOD went smooth n pretty easy with the nice lady IO takes 9-10 minutes wow???????????????

I think I waited more time for my Oath Ceremony schedule rather than interview process and after 13 minutes the lady gave my sched WOW CAN'T BELIEVE ......yayyyyyyy
