On the packet 3 info that Cairo emailed, it did not request the DS 156k. I thought that was important to have to, but they only asked for d 156 and d157 forms only. Is this right or did they forget to put that one. Its for a K3 visa. Is the ds 156k only for fiance only?

Our packet 3 did request the DS 156k but we didn't include it because we were K-3. Others at the time who had already done the K3 process told me that their request did not include the 156k. I wouldn't include it since it doesn't ask for it.
