......VJ? Are you kidding me?! :o haha... no.. I'm temporarily quitting life here in the states... for more personal endavours.

So I've made all of my plans, I'll be finalizing them on Monday when I send the mail for my Algerian visa... yes!! I'm going to be staying in Algeria to visit the SO...

I found a flight, ok well.. 3 flights..... May 22nd Detroit to London Gatwick, then London to Tunis... Then a 13 hour layover (I'm going to stay with one of Yacine's friends with wife and kids to sleep and shower)... Then I'm flying from Tunis to Algiers the following day... Same thing for the return, on July 12th... woohoo...

I have everything for my visa in line, I'm just now waiting for Yacine to scan the invitation letter.

So, I imagine that we may or may not get our NOA2 before we go.. so.. what documents would I need to prepare BEFORE I go ?

I'm pretty sure I need the Co-sponsor information along with the tax forms, is there a validity date on those papers? e.g. Can my co-sponsor fill them out now and I can bring them when I go, or do they have to be prepared immediately before the interview? (taxes have already been filed for this year) Are they taken to the interview, or mailed with Packet 3?

Are letters of intent to marry required? I just need to know some of this stuff, because I'm working ahead of them!

I'm bringing the relationship evidence as well...

I am starting a new job next week that pays OK so maybe I'll be able to visit him again after some time if he's not already here by then, inshallah. Anyway, have a great time!!!! :luv:

Sounds wonderful, I'm so happy for you that you have the flexibility to go visit for so long!

Get the co-sponsor's and your I-134 filled out and notarized before you go, plus bank statements and tax information. Hopefully they won't mind that they're a little bit old when you have the interview.
