Questions to fill I-130

Hi Guys,

I am a french citizien, living in Canada for quite a while...

Got married with an American lady in sept. 07... we are starting my immigration process...

Just few questions anbout the I-130

Item 14 - If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following...

I am going back and forth - US-CAnada... about once a month...it is not that far... but my main adress is still in Canada... I am coming for visit on visa waiver... What sould I say???

Item 15 - Present employer???? Should I say trhat I am self-employed or leave it blank???

What about evidence of bona fide marriage??? we don't have joint ownership of anythng yet...

Are affidavit from family members OK??? friends???? how many??? should we attach wedding pictures????

Item 14 has to do with "Residing in the USA"

Item 15 self employed.

Do not leave anything "blank" None or N/A should be indicated.

Do not worry about evidence of bona fide marriage, this has to do with a couple that has been married for a while living overseas typically 2 or more years married. If short time, just the marriage cert, and a couple of wedding pictures will do, as well as an affidavit from a close relative or friend.
