My fiance called the Consulate and they said that the package was sent on the 8th of this month. As I read on many posts in this forum, mail in Vietnam is extremely slow, and with the New Year coming, I couldn't imagine when my fiance going to receive her package 3.

I would like to go ahead and submit what required for package 3, can someone point me to a post with detail where to get these forms and what forms are needed to submit? Thanks

If she's in SG, go to there and pickup, they'll ask for the HMC case number, not sure if you get the pkg 3, but you can ask her to prepare for other documents like:

+ Giấy chứng nhận cảnh sát (lý lịch tư pháp) cho mỗi đương đơn từ 16 tuổi trở lên được cấp trong vòng một năm qua bởi Sở Tư Pháp tỉnh/ thành phố nơi đương đơn cư trú hợp pháp theo như đăng ký trong Hộ khẩu. <== takes a month or so

check your PM

Thanks for the PM but it's not really useful. I've read somewhere that my fiance only have to turn in 1 or 2 forms ( I don't remember what form it is, and I couldn't find that post neither). I'm just trying to get the process move a bit faster.

ok, I did some reading again. So far, for package 3, my fiance have to submit DS-230 Part I and some welcome letter or checklist? Can I get this checklist somewhere or she has to pick it up at the Consulate? Thanks
