I tired on a pair of pants I haven't been able to wear in years, and was able to get in them :thumbs: I'm at the point where all my stuff is either too big, too small or very out dated. I guess I have an excuss to buy new clothes :blush:

Sounds like it's time to shop!!!! Congratualtions :thumbs::thumbs:

Just in time for tax refund too... :dance:

A can of tuna only has about 150 calories, but 32 grams of protein!! Good bang for your buck...

Oh :wacko: I for got to mention the chicken salad I add on top. Still not helping.

My body is craving carbs, sugar and fat. :help:

I did forget to bring my sliced pineapple and watermelon. It will be a nice treat when I get home.

I hear you on the craving carbs thing. Sugar and carbs are very addictive. I was craving for about a week, and fought it. Now, I don't have the cravings anymore. They are just like a drug. I think I've finally kicked the habit. I don't eat any bread or pasta now. Which really limits my diet, but it's working. Are any of you familiar with The pH Miracle? It's a book that discusses our need to eat more alkaline foods rather than acidic foods to maintain a healthy body. It is very interesting, and I tend to agree with most of it. I have incorporated alot of it into my eating habits. Here is alog of helpful information.

Alkaline eating

Yesterday we had the Battle of the Bands here in Atl. I took my daughter, and was gone most of the day. I ate a bowl of cereal, a bananna, and applesauce in the morning. I didn't expect to be out all day, but the event went on until about 6:30pm. I didn't want to eat there, because there were no healthy choices, and by the time we got home it was 7pm. I don't eat after 7 so I just drank a fruit smoothie and went to sleep so I wouldn't think about being hungry. I got up this morning and weighed myself just to see what impact eating only 800 calories for the day would have..... I lost a pound in just that one day!!! :dance::dance::dance:

The did you know section is scary...by the age of 3 :blink: My gawd....and mi pickney think mi hard pon dem :blink:

I have tried WW online. I liked it. It keep up with my points, my weight and exercise. It's a great program. The good thing about it is it teaches you how to eat. The site has lost of useful infomration, chat room, recepies, exercies. I have never attended an actual meeting.

I've never tried the liquid diet. I do at times replace meals with protein shakes.

Since having Gavin a month ago I dropped 20 pounds :thumbs: My target is to lose 15 more by the summer. I have slacked on drinking as much water as I used to, and I have started eating the sweets again. The exclusive breastfeeding is what I think is helping keep the pounds off of me.

Do you find that when you exercise, it supresses your appetite? I've found that to be one benefit to exercise.
