How is everyone doing? I went to a local spice and tea shop and spent way too much but I got some great new tea to try (all natural) and some new spices to add to my healthy new dinner creations. I just love trying new things.

Now you show me those 100 calorie Lorna Doones. I'm eating the regular ones as we speak. Baby doesn't seem to like most sweet things i'm surprised he's letting me eat the Lorna Doones. and no I don't no if its a girl or a boy, but I'm hoping for a girl or better yet i should say hope mr. jengles gave me a boy.

Fiber - thanks ladies, I'll go shopping this weekend. I used to live the sweet Fiber one cereal i belive it was called honey clusters or something like that.

Jeg..I think you need a balance of Fiber, healthy fat and lean protien...will keep you the fullest in the long run.

Hello, I ate better today because I was prepared...I packed my lunch, veggies, fruit and 100 calorie cookie.

I'm upset because I'm going to miss my toning and belly dance classes tonight.....I have to work late

Ok, so I have yet to weigh myself, but nuh worry mi soon put it on. Some good news, I had a pair of pants that were stifling -- I put them on this morning and they fit so well, they were almost too roomy :lol:
